When I send out a completed video, I enclose a “feedback” letter. This letter contains three simple questions:
1. How would you rate the technical quality of your video?
Typically I receive either “Excellent” or “Very Good”, last year I only received one very good and the rest were excellent
2. Do you have any comments or suggestions about how I might improve my quality or service?
Typically there are only wonderful comments mentioned, but once in a while I do get a suggestion that has helped me improve my final product. I always think there’s room for improvement in whatever someone does.
3. Were there are specific things you particularly liked about your video or my service?
Wow, there have been so many kind remarks that I wouldn’t know where to start, but here’s a few for your review.
• “Thank you so much for the video, it was more than I couldn’t ever imagined. You gave us memories we’ll cherish forever and watch over and over again. We cried again just watching it There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for a job well done. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your forever in our thoughts, Shannon
• We just finished watching the video. We were both in tears. You did a great job with everything. We can not wait to show everyone! We will never be able to thank you enough!! Greg & Elena
• My heart was so full and happy viewing the DVD. I can not tell you how much it means to us and will continue to mean to us throughout the years. I am so glad I listened to you when we talked on the phone that day and I went ahead and booked the videography. You were so good throughout the entire thing. My daughter absolutely loved you and the results. I felt like you were part of the family. Oh…. I can finally view the DVD without crying all the way through it. Woo hoo… only took about 5 times.
